What we collect

When you submit a form or the parent quiz on this site we collect the
name and contact details you give us, and, where relevant, your child’s name and current school
level. We collect your answers to the parent quiz.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange and run a Brain Power Discovery
session, and to recommend the right next step for your child. We do not sell your information.

Consent

We collect and use this information on the basis of the consent you give when
you submit a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Children’s information

Information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian and
is used only to deliver and explain our programmes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and assessment records for as long as needed to
provide our services and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with ThinkersBox staff and coaches who need it to serve you,
and with service providers who host our systems. We do not share it for advertising.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold
about you, or to withdraw consent. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
